With its industrial d'cor setting, warm filament lighting and exquisite bar front, Capital is the perfect combination of classic meets contemporary for a flawless dining experience. Head chef Darryl Zeitzen brought Capital's menu to life by using the very best local Tasmanian produce, along with internationally sourced delicacies to create an exclusive selection of Italian-inspired dishes. The wine list is extensive, with many Tasmanian options along with a selective list from regions across Europe.
