This policy outlines WeMAD's commitment to promoting ethical business practices and supporting fair, lawful and respectful working conditions.

Scope

This policy applies to:

Supplier Expectations

WeMAD expects suppliers and business partners to:

• Cooperate with reasonable due diligence requests relating to ethical business practices.

Where appropriate, WeMAD may consider modern slavery risks when selecting or reviewing suppliers.

Reporting Concerns

Employees, contractors and business partners are encouraged to report concerns regarding suspected unethical conduct or modern slavery through appropriate management channels.

Reports will be treated seriously and investigated appropriately.

Individuals who raise genuine concerns in good faith will not be disadvantaged for doing so.

Governance

Responsibility for this policy rests with the Chief Executive Officer.

Management is responsible for promoting awareness of this policy and supporting ethical procurement and supplier management practices.

Employees are expected to act consistently with this policy and report any concerns promptly.

Continuous Improvement

WeMAD is committed to continually improving its approach to identifying and managing modern slavery risks.

This may include:

• Reviewing supplier relationships.
• Improving procurement processes.
• Reviewing governance policies.
• Promoting employee awareness.
• Monitoring changes in legislation and industry practice.

Review

This policy will be reviewed annually or following significant legislative, organisational or operational changes.
